La Wayaka was a residency in Armila a small village that occupies a slither of land on the Caribbean Sea near the border of Columbia. Village life is dependant on subsistence farming and looking to ways of protecting the turtles that come each year to lay their eggs on an increasingly polluted beach and potentially helping the community to make an income.
